An educator and a scientist.
I started WHOLESPIRITUAL because
I have undergone a religious deconstruction out of evangelical Christianity and I want to walk alongside others navigating religious deconstruction and reconstruction.
I believe in creating a space to explore existential meaning; restoration of personal agency (self-authorship); relational safety; and freedom from guilt and shame.
We explore how our spiritual lives shape the lives we build, the relationships we form, and the world we create.
